How to pay your Fixed Asset Purchases
Once you created the purchase of the fixed asset on the Fixed asset app, system will create a Bills document, which later on you can pay.
The flow on paying the Bills, is following the same Bills concept - i.e. Pre-payment, Normal Payment, etc.
App > Activate Fixed Asset > Create Fixed Asset Group > Create Fixed Asset - Provide Bills Details.
After Fixed asset created, you will be able to see the Bills on the Books - Buy - Bills tab
Pls note if the "This is Opening Asset" checked, then there will be no Bills document created.
