How do I set reminders for myself or the accounts team to take certain actions like make a certain invoice or follow up on something?

The system allows users to auto set Invoice Reminders, that trigger emails as per the intervals you specify

In addition to that if you wish to set alerts for future dates to remind you to take a certain action on a particular contact, you can log it as an Activity in our CRM application. Simply log on to CRM or Deskera Sales, and go to the Activity section.

Select the contact and create the activity. You may add Activity descriptions or notes as well along with the date on which the activity or reminder is required. This will help you manage your upcoming tasks easily
